NaturePawPlay Refund & Returns Policy

At NaturePawPlay, we stand behind the quality of our pet supplies and interactive toys. If you or your furry companion are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • Free from pet hair, odors, scratches, or signs of wear.
  • In its original, undamaged retail packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet food, treats, supplements, or perishable items.
  • Used grooming tools or items that have been heavily chewed/played with by pets.
  • Gift cards or promotional promotional packages.

3. How to Start a Return

Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the package. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@naturepawplay.com with your Order Number, product name, and the reason for the return.
  2. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with our designated return warehouse address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, NaturePawPlay will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a replacement immediately.
  • Customer Preference/Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., didn't fit, pet didn't like it, change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

We do not accept returns on any made-to-order items.

How Do I Return An Item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email so we can accept your package. The item must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.

The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

What Is Your Return Period?

We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after a product is delivered. After 14 days we cannot accept any refunds or returns.
