  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $4.95 USD applies to all orders under $35.00 USD.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times & Shipping Duration

  • Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 - 15 business days to the United States, Canada, and major European destinations.
  • Please note that transit times may vary slightly during holiday seasons, peak promotional events, or due to customs processing.

4. Sourcing & Multi-Package Deliveries

To provide you with the most innovative pet tech and the best value, we partner with specialized, premium global manufacturers and logistics hubs (including CJ Dropshipping). If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Rest assured, you will receive tracking numbers for each package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can track your package's journey directly on our website or via global tracking platforms. If you do not receive tracking info within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our team.

6. Address Accuracy & In-Transit Changes

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at support@naturepawplay.com immediately. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days. Larger items are dispatched within 3 days through our trusted courier service.

There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive—just trying to do our bit for the environment.

My Order Has Not Arrived. What Do I Do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
